Digital Product License & Usage Terms

These Digital Product License & Usage Terms (“License”) govern your use of digital products purchased or obtained from craftlune.com (“Website”) and provided by CraftLune (“CraftLune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This License supplements and forms part of CraftLune’s Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a CraftLune digital product, you agree to comply with this License.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the applicable digital product.

1. What You Receive

When you purchase a digital product from CraftLune, you receive a limited license to use the product. You do not acquire ownership of CraftLune’s underlying intellectual property merely by purchasing or downloading a product.

The specific files, formats, features, and permitted uses of each product may vary. Product-specific terms displayed on the applicable product page may supplement or modify this License.

Where product-specific terms conflict with this License, the product-specific terms will control only with respect to that particular product.

2. Standard License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and payment of the applicable purchase price, CraftLune grants you a:

• Limited
• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Non-sublicensable
• Revocable

license to use the purchased digital product for the permitted purposes described in this License.

The license begins when your purchase is successfully completed and remains effective unless terminated in accordance with these terms.

3. Personal Use

You may use purchased CraftLune products for your own personal purposes, including:

• Personal projects
• Personal documents
• Personal presentations
• Personal creative projects
• Personal educational projects
• Personal printing
• Personal organization
• Other reasonable personal uses consistent with the product description

Personal use does not permit redistribution or resale of the original digital files.

4. Commercial Use

Unless the applicable product page states otherwise, CraftLune products may be used in legitimate commercial projects where the purchased product forms part of a larger end product or project.

Examples may include:

• Business presentations
• Marketing materials
• Social media content
• Websites
• Client projects
• Promotional materials
• Business documents
• Other commercial creative projects

Commercial use does not mean that you may resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the original CraftLune files available as standalone products.

5. Client Work

Where the product permits commercial use, you may incorporate the product into a project created for a client.

However, you may not provide the client with the original CraftLune source files unless the applicable product license expressly permits such transfer.

The client should receive the completed end product rather than the underlying CraftLune digital asset.

6. Modification and Editing

Where technically possible, you may modify or edit a purchased product for your permitted personal or commercial projects.

Permitted modifications may include:

• Changing colors
• Changing text
• Resizing
• Cropping
• Reformatting
• Combining the product with other assets
• Making reasonable design modifications
• Adapting the product for a permitted end use

Modification of a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying CraftLune intellectual property to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized by CraftLune in writing, you may not:

• Resell the original digital product
• Redistribute the original files
• Give the original files away
• Share purchased files with friends, coworkers, clients, or other third parties
• Upload the original files to file-sharing websites
• Upload the original files to public repositories
• Publish download links to the original files
• Make the original files available through membership libraries or resource websites
• Sublicense the original files
• Claim the original CraftLune files as your own creation
• Use the files as standalone stock assets
• Create a competing digital-product marketplace or resource library using CraftLune files
• Use the product to create a substantially similar competing product for resale
• Circumvent technical restrictions or download limitations
• Remove ownership, attribution, licensing, or proprietary notices where such removal is prohibited
• Use the product for unlawful purposes

8. No Resale of Source Files

You may not sell, license, rent, lease, trade, distribute, or otherwise transfer the original CraftLune files as standalone digital products.

For example, you may not purchase a CraftLune template and then sell that same template, substantially unchanged, through:

• Your own website
• Online marketplaces
• Digital-product stores
• Social media
• File-sharing platforms
• Membership websites
• Subscription libraries
• Private communities
• Public repositories

9. No Redistribution

You may not redistribute purchased CraftLune files to other individuals or organizations.

This includes sharing through:

• Email
• Messaging applications
• Cloud-storage links
• Public websites
• Private websites
• Forums
• Social media
• File-sharing services
• Online communities
• Shared workplace folders

A purchase grants a license to the purchaser, not to an unlimited number of third parties.

10. No Claim of Ownership

Purchasing a CraftLune product does not give you the right to represent the original product as your own intellectual property.

You may not:

• Register the original product as your trademark
• Claim authorship of the original CraftLune design
• Represent yourself as the original creator
• Sell the original work under your own brand
• Remove proprietary notices where applicable

You may represent your own finished work as your own when the CraftLune product has been lawfully incorporated into a larger permitted project, provided that doing so does not falsely imply ownership of the underlying CraftLune asset.

11. AI-Created and AI-Assisted Products

CraftLune may use artificial intelligence tools as part of the creation, development, editing, enhancement, or production of certain digital products.

Because AI technologies and applicable laws continue to develop, CraftLune does not guarantee that every AI-assisted element qualifies for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

To the extent CraftLune owns or controls intellectual-property rights in a product, those rights remain with CraftLune unless expressly transferred in writing.

Your license to use a product is based on the rights CraftLune is legally able to grant.

12. Third-Party Materials

Certain products may contain or rely upon third-party materials, software, fonts, libraries, platforms, or other components.

Third-party materials may be subject to separate licenses or terms.

Where a product includes third-party components subject to separate licensing requirements, you are responsible for complying with those requirements to the extent applicable to your use.

CraftLune does not grant rights that it does not own or have authority to grant.

13. Fonts

If a CraftLune product includes or references a font created by a third party, the font may be subject to a separate license.

Your purchase of a CraftLune product does not necessarily grant you a separate standalone license to distribute or embed the underlying font file.

You are responsible for obtaining any additional font license required for your intended use.

14. Software and Code

If a CraftLune product includes software, source code, scripts, snippets, plugins, or programming resources, the applicable product description may contain additional usage restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing code does not grant you permission to:

• Resell the source code as a standalone product
• Redistribute the source code
• Publish the source code publicly
• Remove applicable notices
• Use proprietary third-party dependencies outside their applicable licenses

Third-party libraries or open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

15. Courses and Educational Materials

If a CraftLune product includes educational materials, courses, guides, or instructional content, you may use the materials for your own permitted educational or professional purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, or publicly share the course or educational materials as a substitute for the original CraftLune product.

16. Printables and Templates

Where permitted by the applicable product description, you may print or use templates and printables for personal or commercial projects.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not sell the printable or template itself as a standalone product.

For example, you may use a permitted template to create a finished business document, invitation, marketing asset, or similar end product, but you may not sell the underlying editable template as your own.

17. Number of Users

Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, a purchased digital product license is intended for use by the individual or organization that purchased it.

You may not share one purchase among multiple unrelated users where doing so effectively replaces multiple licenses.

18. Transfer of License

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or sublicense your license to another person or organization without prior written authorization from CraftLune.

If you are operating as a business and undergo a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar transaction, you should contact CraftLune to determine whether the license may be transferred.

19. License Termination

CraftLune may terminate your license if you materially violate this License or the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, you must stop using the applicable CraftLune product and, where reasonably practicable, delete unauthorized copies in your possession or control.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to CraftLune under applicable law.

20. Ownership

Except for rights expressly granted to you under this License, CraftLune retains all rights, title, and interest that it owns or controls in its digital products, Website content, branding, and related materials.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing a product.

21. No Trademark Rights

Purchasing or using a CraftLune product does not grant you trademark rights in:

• CraftLune
• CraftLune logos
• CraftLune branding
• CraftLune product names
• CraftLune trademarks
• Other CraftLune brand identifiers

You may not register or attempt to register CraftLune branding as your own trademark.

22. Compliance With Law

You are responsible for using CraftLune products in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You may not use CraftLune products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

23. Enforcement

CraftLune reserves the right to take reasonable action against unauthorized use, copying, distribution, resale, or other infringement of its intellectual-property rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Revoking the applicable license
• Suspending account access
• Restricting download access
• Sending infringement notices
• Requesting removal of unauthorized content
• Pursuing available legal remedies

24. No Guarantee of Exclusive Rights

Because certain products may contain AI-assisted or third-party elements, CraftLune does not guarantee that every individual element of every product is exclusively protectable by copyright or other intellectual-property rights in every jurisdiction.

This does not authorize customers to copy, redistribute, or resell CraftLune products.

25. Product-Specific Licensing

Certain products may have additional or different licensing requirements.

If a product page, product documentation, or accompanying license expressly provides additional restrictions or permissions, those terms will apply to that product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific licensing information before use.

If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, contact CraftLune before using or distributing the product.

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this page will indicate when the policy was most recently revised.
