By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product, or otherwise using any service provided through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
1. About CraftLune

CraftLune reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise create a risk to CraftLune, its customers, or the Website.
Customers may also be permitted to complete purchases without creating an account.

All products offered through CraftLune are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Digital products may include files such as:

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.
5. AI-Assisted Content
Some or all CraftLune products may be created, enhanced, edited, or developed using artificial intelligence tools.
AI-assisted creation does not grant you ownership of CraftLune’s Website, branding, product files, or other protected content.
You receive the rights expressly granted under the applicable Digital Product License and these Terms.
We may also modify, replace, update, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
Where third-party materials, software, fonts, stock assets, or other components are incorporated into a product, their use may be subject to separate third-party terms or licenses.
6. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, previews, pricing, and other information are accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that:
- Product descriptions will always be error-free
- Product previews will exactly represent every aspect of the final file
- Every product will remain available indefinitely
- Products will be compatible with every device, operating system, application, or software version
- The Website will always be available without interruption
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue products at any time.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where required by law.
CraftLune may accept payments through PayPal and supported credit or debit card payment methods or other payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected digital product.
CraftLune reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or listing errors
- Abuse of promotions
- Violation of these Terms
- Technical errors
- Other legitimate business or legal reasons
If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Depending on the product and Website configuration, download access may be provided through:
- The order confirmation page
- A confirmation email
- Your CraftLune account
- The Website’s download area
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you can access the email account and device used to receive or download your purchase.
CraftLune is not responsible for download problems caused by your device, Internet connection, software, email provider, browser, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased product, contact hi@craftlune.com.
10. Refunds
Because CraftLune sells digital products that may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and provides additional information about refunds and exceptions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
11. Digital Product License
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of CraftLune’s intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable Digital Product License, CraftLune grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for the purposes permitted by the applicable license.
Unless expressly permitted by CraftLune in writing, you may not:
- Resell the original digital files
- Redistribute the original files
- Share purchased files with other people

- Give away the original files as standalone resources
- Claim CraftLune-created materials as your own
- Use CraftLune products to create a competing product or service
- Make the original files available for public download
- Use the products in a manner that violates applicable law
Additional restrictions may apply to particular products.
Please review the Digital Product License & Usage Terms before using a purchased product.
12. Intellectual Property
The Website, including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, product descriptions, original content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CraftLune unless otherwise stated.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms or an applicable product license, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or exploit CraftLune’s protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Copyright and DMCA
CraftLune respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe that material available through the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice in accordance with our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

15. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers, and other technology services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
CraftLune is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability, or security practices of third-party services.
16. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the third-party website, service, product, or information.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CraftLune does not guarantee that the Website or products will:
- Be uninterrupted
- Be completely error-free
- Meet every individual requirement
- Be compatible with every device or software environment
- Produce any particular commercial, financial, educational, professional, or personal result
Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftLune and its owner, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Website
- Your inability to use the Website
- Your purchase or use of a digital product
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftLune’s aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase or claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CraftLune for the applicable product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CraftLune and its owner, service providers, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Website
- Your unauthorized use or distribution of CraftLune products
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from CraftLune’s own unlawful conduct or other circumstances where indemnification cannot legally be required.
20. Termination
CraftLune may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, account, or certain services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or create a legal or security risk.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, licensing restrictions, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully because it affects how certain disputes may be resolved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and CraftLune agree that disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or a purchase of CraftLune products will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the party asserting a dispute should provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution by contacting hi@craftlune.com.
The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where applicable law provides a right that cannot legally be waived or where a particular claim is legally required to be heard by a court.
The arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The arbitrator, rather than a court, will generally have authority to determine disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Individual Claims Only
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.
You and CraftLune agree that disputes may not be consolidated with claims involving other customers and that neither party will participate in a class action or representative proceeding against the other, except where such a waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
Small Claims
Where permitted by applicable law, either party may pursue an eligible individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising a non-waivable legal right.
22. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the United States and the jurisdiction in which CraftLune’s owner is legally based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to customers in their jurisdiction are not intended to be excluded by this provision.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted.
If modification is not possible, the affected provision will be severed while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
25. Changes to These Terms
CraftLune may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of this page.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Product License & Usage Terms, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Statement, DMCA / Copyright Policy, and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and CraftLune concerning your use of the Website and purchase of CraftLune products, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular product or service.
